ZOB SF-1T gear pump bushing is composed of a specially designed surface layer of PTFE formula.It is specifically used for bushes for gear pump with high PV value.It can be used in hydraulic industry or boundray lubricating condition.When bushing for gear pump been tested under medium or high pressure,P=16-25Mpa,V=3.5-5m/s,the bushing shows good performance of low friction coefficient,wear resistant and anti-impact.Under lubrication condition of hydraulic industry,PV limit reaches 120N/mm^2.m/s.This kind of bushing is the best choice for gear pumps,plunger pumps,vane pumps and so on.The bushing also passed testing successfully over one million times punching by Changjiang Hydraulic Equipments Company.
