FD-1 soft strip is a composite sintered with PTFE and anti-wear
material such as bronze powder, It is of excellent properties
such as good elasticity, low friction and low wear. Its tensile
strength can meet the motion of piston ring. Owing to FD-1 is well
applied under oil or without oil situation, therefore it’s the best
choice for auto dampers and piston rings. At present, it has been
adopted in a lot of autos, including those produced by Audi, Volkswagen, Ceteron etc. It remains long-term low friction.
